About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will report directly to the Head of Design & Data and design world-class email campaigns for leading 8- and 9-figure DTC brands. This is a hands-on design role for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, deep experience in Figma, and a strong grasp of performance-driven creative. You’ll collaborate closely with CRM Strategists, copywriters, and brand teams to produce modular, mobile-first designs that balance beauty, clarity, and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performing emails that align with brand standards and performance goals
- Create modular, mobile-first designs in Figma that can be easily iterated and tested
- Collaborate with CRM Strategists and copywriters to ensure visual and messaging alignment
- Maintain brand consistency across layouts, typography, hierarchy, and color systems
- Participate in creative reviews and provide design rationale grounded in data and best practices
- Iterate quickly and respond to feedback while maintaining high design quality
- Stay on top of emerging design trends, tools, and retention marketing best practices
Qualifications
- 4+ years of email design experience for DTC brands (agency or brand side)
- Strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, high-performing email designs
- Deep expertise in Figma and the ability to create responsive, modular templates
- Understanding of lifecycle marketing, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused design principles
- Excellent communication skills and comfort level collaborating with multiple departments
- Fast, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours
